Watu Coffee Arabica Origin Kintamani Koji Fermentation 200gr
Fully mature coffee cherries further taking a yeast fermentation process called Koji at our facility and in house roasting process at Talasi Bali. The medium roast profile brings out the bean’s unique characteristics such as light acidity.
Taste Notes: Apricot, lemon zest, grapefruit
Serving suggestion: Can be used for French press, drip coffee, or espresso. Mix coffee and 90 degree water with a 1:15 ratio.
