Watu Coffee Arabica Origin Plaga Koji Fermentation 200gr
We sourced Arabica coffee beans from Plaga, Bali, nestled at an elevation of 1200 meters above sea level. Our facility in Talasi Estate at Gadungan, Bali, is where we process ripe coffee cherries. The yeast fermentation or called Koji and roasting process, finely tuned to enhance the coffee’s distinct character, results in a truly unique and memorable flavor.
Taste Notes: Green Apple, Mollases Lime, Lime
Serving suggestion: Can be used for French press, drip coffee, or espresso. Mix coffee and 90 degree water with a 1:15 ratio.
