What are Talasi Points and how do I earn them?
Talasi points are part of Talasi's Loyalty Membership program where members earn points on purchases (IDR 10,000 spent = 1 point) to redeem for rewards like deluxe samples, full-size products, or vouchers. Points are earned on any Talasi products purchased on the website and are based on the value of the transaction after deducting all promotions & vouchers.

Does Talasi Points have an expiry date?
Yes, your Talasi Points expire after 12 months if not redeemed.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeem Talasi points for rewards or samples by accessing the Rewards Catalogue page. Members can redeem 500 points or more for full-sized products, while smaller point amounts (50-200) unlock deluxe samples and curated sets. Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction with a minimum spending of IDR 300,000.
