When do we ship?
Orders are shipped on the same day from Monday to Sunday for orders placed before 4 PM WIB.
Orders after 4 PM will be processed the next day. Delivery timing depends on the shipping provider.

Yes, below is our 3 Warehouse options you can choose to pick up from:

Shipping Methods
When you make an order through the website, we partner with 3 delivery agents you can choose from: JNE, REX, and LION.
Returns and Refund Policy
To qualify for returns, please record an unboxing video of your package in case of any damage. Buyers can apply for a refund with the following conditions:
- Excess payment from the Buyer over the price of the Product
- The product is not accepted by the buyer due to the fault of the delivery service provider
- The product received has expired
- Products that have been received in a damaged condition refer to the following conditions: packaging is damaged/torn/perforated
